LIMITATION OF LIABILITY- Anamorphic Research, LLC shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in any connection with this agreement or the products, including but not limited to lost profits, or any claim based on indemnity or contribution, or the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise. Purchaser's exclusive remedy, as against Anamorphic Research, shall be the repair or replacement of defective components. If Anamorphic Research, LLC lists a product on its website at a price or specification in error, or that it is no longer available for any reason, Anamorphic Research, LLC reserves the right to cancel the sale without incurring any liability. 3. WARRANTY- Anamorphic Research, LLC provides a 2-Year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on optics, and a lifetime warranty on the lens housing and other non-optical components and accessories. The 2 year warranty on optical products includes defects in materials and workmanship but specifically does not include damage caused by the user including, but not limited to: accident, abuse, misuse, handling, improper cleaning, or the particular installation's environmental conditions such as smoke, dust, heat, or moisture. Any product in need of repair must be returned as an insured shipment, with shipping pre-paid. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to returning a product for repair or replacement. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. Anamorphic Research, LLC will repair or replace any component at its discretion and return it to the customer as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover any product subjected to misuse, abuse or accidental damage. By purchasing and using Anamorphic Research, LLC products the user agrees to accept all liability for the safe installation and use of such products. Our liability can only extend to the product's original purchase price. Please check with your home State to verify this warranty applies to you. Our warranty extends to purchases made by international customers as well. 4. RETURN POLICY- Unopened, new products may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery with no restocking fee. If you are requesting a return within 15 days of receiving a product, please contact us for approval and to request an RMA number. Any product returned without an RMA number may not be accepted. All returned products must be shipped pre-paid and insured. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if a new product is returned after the 15 day period. Returning products that have been opened, used, installed or damaged are not allowed unless it is due to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. Please contact us if you are unsure of compatibility with your particular installation. Any defects or missing components must be reported within 7 days from delivery. Shipping is not refundable. 5. TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY- Any third-party Trademarks, Service Marks, or other intellectual property displayed or mentioned on this website is the property of its respective owner. 6. ANAMORPHIC RESEARCH, LLC PRIVACY POLICY- All financial transactions conducted on this website are processed through PayPal™. PayPal™ does not share your credit card number with Anamorphic Research, LLC. Anamorphic Research, LLC uses the following information to process your order through PayPal™ and to provide after-sales service: your name/business name, address, telephone number, and email address. Anamorphic Research, LLC respects the privacy of its customers, and does not share its customer information with any other third parties.
